研究领域 研究方向: 电力系统分析和控制
学术成果 卢强教授长期工作在电力系统及自动控制领域,是我国在上述领域有重要国际影响的学者之一。其科技成就可简要概括为:
1、电力系统最优控制与安全稳定性的提高
卢教授是国内外公认的电力系统非线性最优鲁棒控制学科体系的开拓者和奠基人。他将数学、现代控制论、电力系统动态学、计算机与物理仿真技术有机地结合起来,先后完成了专著《输电系统最优控制》、《电力系统非线性控制》和《Nonlinear Control Systems and Power System Dynamics》(KLUWER ACADEMIC PUBLISHER, U.S.A, 2001)。他建立了非线性系统状态-动态-量测(SDM)反馈理论体系(含算法)。根据该理论成果,他主持研制了大型发电机组非线性最优和非线性鲁棒电力系统镇定器,已成功投运于我国100余台发电机组,已签订将该技术在白山电厂30万千瓦机组上应用的协议书,2006年5月投运,并将在三峡电站国产化机组上得到应用。
2、电力大系统灾变防治理论及应用
90年代中期,卢教授意识到随着三峡电站的建成将形成全国联合大电网;同时又注意到美国等国电网频频发生灾难性大停电的事实,及时提出了电力大系统灾变防治重大科学问题的研究方向。以上思想构成了我国最先确立的10项“973”项目之一的主要内容。作为该项目“首席科学家”他本人提出和建立的 “事件驱动的混成控制理论与实施方法”,已运用于东北500千伏主网调度控制中心试运行,并正以此为基础签约开发上海和深圳电网的超级调度自动化系统(Super-EMS),有赖于该项科技创新才使得电力系统安全、优质和经济多目标优化运行理想得以实现,从概念到实施方法均具有我国自主知识产权。这将引发电力调度自动化系统的一场重大革新。
3、绿色能源开发利用
卢教授于1995年向国家提出我国太阳能发电系统发展规划(建议),阐述了利用该技术对开发西部的重要意义,并于1997年主持了“太阳能扬水及照明智能化综合系统”的研发。首先在清华校园和新疆石河子建立了示范工程,后由清华大学捐资利用该技术在南疆大漠深处建立起一个人工绿洲示范村,解决了该村80余户家庭洁净饮用水、果树浇溉和照明、看电视问题。该维吾尔村从此政通人和,至今再未发生暴乱。该技术正在南疆、西藏和内蒙逐步推广。
卢强教授发表论文150余篇,其中SCI论文40余篇,EI论文120多篇;出版专著3部,其中一部在美国KLUWER学术出版社出版。
