5.导师(课题组)介绍:李夏璐博士1995年毕业于复旦大学生物化学系,获学士学位;2000年从中国科学院上海生物化学研究所获博士学位;同年11月赴美工作,在哥伦比亚大学生物系从事5年博士后研究,2006年回国在北京生命科学研究所建立独立研究团队,2013年起受聘为首都师范大学生命科学学院特聘教授。李博士长期开展生物化学和细胞生物学研究,相应研究工作已在Cell、Genes & Development和PNAS等国际一流学术期刊上发表,多项研究成果被Faculty 1000 of Biology推荐。曾主持完成国家高技术研究发展计划(863)和国家重点基础研究发展计划(973)课题各一项。目前在研国家自然科学基金委面上项目和国家重大研究计划(973课题负责人)资助各一项。实验室主要研究兴趣在于运用遗传学,分子生物学,生物化学和生物信息学等方法,理解哺乳动物细胞是如何应对在生长和增殖过程中必然会面对的RNA转录、DNA复制和基因组稳定性维护三者间的冲突;并探索这一冲突形成后可能产生的病理后果。希望实验室研究工作有助于加深对于肿瘤等重大疾病发病机理的理解,从而为癌症的诊断、治疗和药物的开发提供新的理论基础。
